Activities to Be Performed
The Professional Technical Education Instructor I will be mainly responsible for teaching classes in medium-level technical courses and open courses, always according to the content outlined in the course plans and current regulations.
The job also involves pedagogical planning, preparation of lesson plans, preparation of teaching materials, monitoring and guiding students’ internships in partner companies, and maintaining records about student performance.
Additionally, the instructor will be responsible for preparing technical reports, specifying materials and equipment needed for activities.
They will also actively participate in educational projects and the analysis of results and scenarios in the area of activity.
Leadership in work processes is also an important aspect, as the instructor must act as an integral part of the work team, coordinating and supervising activities related to the installation and maintenance of machines and equipment, according to internal procedures and SENAI’s legal standards.

Selection Process for the SENAI Job Opening
The selection process for the position of Professional Technical Education Instructor I includes several stages, such as curriculum analysis, objective test, interviews, and practical activities.
Candidates will undergo an objective test that will cover knowledge in Portuguese, mathematics (including financial mathematics and geometry), and logical reasoning.
Additionally, a practical activity will be conducted in which the candidate must plan and teach a mini-lesson, lasting 20 to 30 minutes, on the topic of metal forming.
After these stages are completed, selected candidates will go through an interview with the manager and medical examinations before admission.
Work Location and Hours
The position is available at SENAI in Panambi, with working hours from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:20 PM to 5:20 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
