“Your motivation and integrity will take you far in life. That’s why I bought this for you,” the benefactor told Cody, according to his account.
Symbolic Reward And Lesson In Character
Cody received the gift at the “Integrity E-bikes” store — a coincidence that made the story even more remarkable. He said he learned the value of honesty after seeing his father lose his own wallet in the past.
“This taught me how bad it is to take money from someone because the wallet is basically their life,” he stated.
The teenager added: “Do the right thing and you will receive good things in return.” He also thanked his parents for their example and upbringing.
An Example In Difficult Times
Carrie shared the story to show that there are still young people willing to do good, especially in light of recent episodes of violence involving teenagers in the East Valley.
Initially, the mother tried to refuse the gift, thinking it was too generous, but the donor, identified as Adam Bailey, insisted. Cody was at school when he learned of the surprise and was moved.
Since then, the boy has already ridden 240 kilometers with the bike, a symbol of the reward that honesty can still bring.

A resident of Nerópolis, Goiás, entrepreneur and influencer Isabela Bosco, 28, went through an unusual situation last year. While working in her clothing store, she received a notification on her phone that a Pix had been deposited in her account.

Using the information from the receipt, she found the company that initiated the transfer online. She contacted the office and requested a response. The next morning, at 10 am, she was already at the bank to resolve the situation.
“He calls me right at that moment, desperate about the money that was directed to another account. I said: ‘I’m already at the bank, I’m resolving it. Everything will be fine, don’t worry,” Isabela recounted.
Bureaucracy And Patience To Return The Pix By Mistake
Despite her good intentions, the process was lengthy. The entrepreneur explained that she tried to contact the bank’s customer service channels, but went through five representatives without a solution.
“They gave me a protocol and asked me to go to the agency to speak with the manager. And that’s what I did,” she said.
The in-person service also required patience. “I was at the bank for about an hour and a half trying to resolve it. I even had to pay to make the transfer of this amount to him. We tried everything, they even had to adjust my limit at the bank. They made several changes,” she recalled.
The fee charged for the refund, made via TED transfer, was R$ 21.90. Still, Isabela said she felt relieved. “It was a somewhat tiring process, but just knowing it’s in the hands of its rightful owner is important to me.”
Gratitude And Principles
After the amount was returned, the owner of the money, a resident of São Paulo, sent a voice message to thank the entrepreneur for her effort and honesty.
Isabela, for her part, stated that she never thought about keeping the money. “I would never keep that money. It would only prosper in its rightful owner’s hands and really where it should return,” she stated.
“It is more than my obligation to return this money to him because it is the fruit of his labor. I was raised very well. Thank God, my principles are above anything else. My family has very strong principles and raised us excellently,” she concluded.
