In-Person Internship With Reduced Hours and Possible Extension for Up to Two Years
To participate in the selection process, it is necessary to be enrolled in higher education in bachelor’s, technological, or teaching degrees with an expected completion date between June 2026 and June 2029.
Furthermore, it is essential to be available to work in person for six hours a day. The initial contract is for one year, and there is a possibility of renewal for up to two years.
Consequently, interested candidates must assess the feasibility of working at Gerdau units that are offering openings. This reinforces the importance of planning.
According to the company, initiatives focused on developing digital skills, such as Power BI courses and other data analysis tools, can serve as relevant competitive differentiators.

The 232 positions are distributed across various locations, reinforcing Gerdau’s national reach. There are opportunities in cities such as Maceió (AL), Salvador (BA), Brasília (DF), Goiânia (GO), Contagem (MG), Três Marias (MG), Cuiabá (MT), Caruaru (PE), Araucária (PR), Caxias do Sul (RS), Porto Alegre (RS), Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Florianópolis (SC), Araçatuba (SP), Guarulhos (SP), Ribeirão Preto (SP), São Paulo (SP), among others.
Consequently, the program covers strategic urban centers and industrial hubs in different regions. The presence in municipalities such as Joinville (SC), Simões Filho (BA), Sinop (MT), and Panambi (RS) shows the company’s reach.
