Paulo Nogueira

Minimum of 7 years of experience in the technical function with subsea production and related subsea project activities
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering required.
Previous exposure and knowledge in subsea operations and surveillance processes necessary.
Experience with pumps and motors; The Subsea Pump Mudline / Electric Submersible Pump is preferred.
Willingness to go abroad.
Good interpersonal skills, able to work with people both inside and outside the team.
Good analytical reasoning, ability to analyze technical issues and develop solutions.
Experience in developing and writing procedures is desirable.
Ability to manage contractors and coordinate engineering activities remotely.

Objective:

Maintain the integrity of operational systems and regulatory compliance; Maintain oversight of subsea systems operations; Monitor and support optimization of subsea production system; Maintain all necessary documentation to demonstrate system integrity and compliance with Shell and regulatory standards and processes.
