What Will You Do?

As a Junior Customer Success Analyst, you will be the key person for our clients’ first 90 days on the Astrea platform. Your main responsibilities include:

· Conducting Onboarding: You will hold meetings via videoconference, phone, and chat, ensuring that new users understand all the software functionalities.

· Active Engagement: It is crucial that you monitor and prevent churn, which is the loss of clients, ensuring they make the most of what we offer.

· Crisis Management: When questions or difficulties arise, you will be there to propose efficient and automated solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in areas such as Administration, Law, or International Relations.

· Experience: Prior knowledge in Customer Success, especially in onboarding, and familiarity with SaaS companies.

· Skills: Good written and verbal communication, organization, and the ability to solve problems with empathy.

Among the advantages are experience in law firms and knowledge of tools such as Sensedata and Intercom.
