What will you do?
Como Junior Customer Success Analyst, you will be the key person for our clients' first 90 days on the Astrea platform. Your main responsibilities include:

- Company opens home office vacancy at night in the customer service area with a salary of R$2 per month + benefits

- Home office vacancy for those with high school education: Work from home and receive a salary of R$2 + R$700,00 fuel allowance
· Conduct onboarding: You will conduct meetings via video conference, phone and chat, ensuring that new users understand all the functionality of the software.
· Active engagement: It is essential that you monitor and prevent churn, that is, the loss of customers, ensuring that they make the most of what we offer.
· Crisis management: When questions or difficulties arise, you will be there to propose efficient and automated solutions.
Requirements and qualifications
