Main Activities
- Carry out preventive and corrective activities for analyzing product malfunction defects, aiming to develop the correction plan and inspect defects
- Perform defect analysis, disassembly, assembly, and parts replacement with the goal of identifying the cause of the problem
- Prepare reports on identified non-conformities, proposing improvements and corrective actions
- Assist the area Engineer in developing the inspection plan for new products
- Prepare a list of components and tools that will be used by production for rework operation and inspection of production assistants
