The Mateus Group Is Following Its Expansion Plan and After the Opening of a New Unit in Crateús, the Company Is Developing a New Project in Ceará, in Quixeramobim.

Founded in Maranhão, the Mateus Group is driving its expansion plan in Ceará and, after the opening of a supermarket in Crateús last Friday (10), the company is set to open another unit in the state in the coming weeks. The Mateus Group, a giant in the food retail sector in the North and Northeast, will also complete the construction of a new project in Quixeramobim this month, strengthening the brand’s presence in the interior of the state and generating thousands of job openings. With the next unit, the company will have five projects in the state of Ceará.

Hundreds of New Job Openings Will Be Opened by the Mateus Group for Candidates from Ceará

The generation of job openings for the new unit in Ceará includes 209 direct jobs, in addition to another 700 indirect ones, generated throughout the construction work.

At the Crateús unit, opened last week in the Fátima 2 neighborhood, with a built area of 9 thousand square meters and one of the largest parking lots in the region, capable of accommodating up to 250 vehicles, the Mateus Group opened another 206 job positions.

According to the CEO and founder of the Mateus Group, Ilson Mateus, the company’s commitment when entering a new city is to contribute to regional development.

The company believes in the potential of Crateús and Quixeramobim, as well as in the determination of local residents to join the company’s workforce. Mateus states that it is a city that has much to offer and the company will reciprocate its arrival by providing job openings for the people.
