Grupo NC, a conglomerate of EMS, the largest pharmaceutical laboratory in the country, has opened registrations for its Trainee Program selection process, which aims to hire candidates without experience. The group’s opportunities are for positions in Manaus (AM) and Hortolândia (SP), and it is important to note that candidates for the selection process must still be pursuing undergraduate and bachelor’s degrees.

According to Eluard Puccini de Moraes, Corporate Director of People and Management, the trainee program’s main objective is to find talent and help them evolve through training, experience in various areas, and development programs. Thus, the professional will be able to apply new skills, build a brilliant career, and develop competencies in one of the largest business groups in Brazil.

The director estimates that this year, the selection process will receive applications from 15 thousand new talents without experience. Grupo NC’s trainee program will last about one year and six months, offering approved candidates without experience a series of trainings, the creation of a specific project, mentorship with executives, and job rotation. How to Compete for Positions in Grupo NC’s Selection Process?

The company requires some prerequisites for those interested in participating in the selection process. Candidates without experience must be available to work on-site for 8 hours a day and must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree and licensure, with graduation dates between December 2018 and March of this year.

It is essential to highlight that the trainee program positions are targeted at areas such as health, biology, engineering, IT, business, and exact sciences, among others. Furthermore, it is also necessary to possess advanced English proficiency.
