The initiative aims to train qualified labor for the new factory of the manufacturer, which is in the final stages of hiring in Iracemápolis, in the interior of São Paulo.
According to the official announcement from GWM, the training is focused on Lean Manufacturing Operator, with an emphasis on the role of vehicle assembler. - Workload: 32 hours.
- Location: Classes will be held at SENAI Iracemápolis.
- Shifts: There will be classes in the afternoon and evening to facilitate access for those who already work or study.

Enrollment for the free GWM and SENAI course is simple and must be done in person.
- Enrollment Location: Directly at the SENAI Iracemápolis secretariat, located at Rua Camilo Ferrari, 765 – Industrial District.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 8 PM, and Saturdays, from 8 AM to 12 PM.
- Deadline: Enrollment will remain open until all 240 vacancies are filled.
