In this position, you will apply a high level of IT skills in direct support to Halliburton employees and their partners, troubleshooting and resolving complex desktop software and hardware issues. You will provide technical and remote assistance in the use of systems in a LAN/WAN environment. You will back up your work with follow-up visits to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, you will help supervise others. An A+ certificate or equivalent work experience, Microsoft Personnel Certified certificate or equivalent work experience; NET+ certificate or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of four years in IT desktop support, including basic network administration experience.
