In this position, you apply a high level of IT skills in direct support to Halliburton employees and its partners, troubleshooting and resolving complex desktop software and hardware issues. You will provide technical and remote assistance in using systems in a LAN/WAN environment. Back up your work with follow-up visits to ensure satisfaction. In addition, you will help supervise others. An A+ certificate or equivalent work experience, Microsoft Personnel Certified or equivalent work experience; NET+ certified or equivalent work experience and a minimum of four years experience in IT desktop support, including basic network administration experience.
