Havan Accelerates Expansion, Closes 2025 With About 190 Stores and Aims for 200 by 2026, Invests R$ 2 Billion, Expands Distribution Center in Barra Velha, Santa Catarina, Advances to Amapá, Ceará, and Roraima, Creates Thousands of Jobs, and Aims for Revenue Between R$ 18 Billion and R$ 20 Billion.

With 187 stores in operation in Brazil, Havan has confirmed an aggressive expansion plan to reach 200 units by 2026, open new megastores, and strengthen the logistics structure of the network. This move reinforces the retailer’s presence in almost the entire Brazilian territory and prepares the structure for a larger sales cycle.

According to the company, the goal is to close 2025 with approximately 190 active stores, preparing the ground for the 200 points of sale planned for 2026. During this same period, the distribution center in Barra Velha, in Santa Catarina, will expand from 200 thousand to 250 thousand square meters after an estimated investment of R$ 250 million.

Store Expansion at Accelerated Pace

Today, Havan operates 187 stores and is already working to open new units in different regions of Brazil.

The goal is to reach 200 stores by 2026, combining openings in areas where the brand already operates with entry into states that do not yet have the network.

The plan aims to close 2025 with around 190 stores, on a steady growth trajectory.

The model of standardized megastores remains the basis of the strategy, allowing for greater scale, stricter logistical control, and operational efficiency gains throughout the supply chain.

Giant Distribution Center in Barra Velha

To support the expansion, Havan is expanding the distribution center in Barra Velha, Santa Catarina, considered one of the largest in Latin America.

The facility, which currently totals about 200 thousand square meters, will be expanded to 250 thousand square meters with an estimated investment of R$ 250 million.

The expansion of the logistics space strengthens the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods to the network of stores.

With more area, the company gains leverage to supply future units and maintain a mix of about 350 thousand items available on shelves throughout the expansion cycle.

New States Enter the Network Radar

The territorial expansion also includes states that do not yet have units of the brand, such as Amapá, Ceará, and Roraima.

The choice of these areas considers logistical factors, local consumption potential, and economic viability, in a design intended to sustain growth without compromising profitability.

With this move, Havan is approaching almost complete national coverage, reducing blank spaces on the map and reinforcing its presence in strategic regions.

The opening of new megastores in these states should enhance brand recognition and create new business opportunities with regional suppliers.

Jobs, Revenue, and Exclusive Focus on Brazil

Currently, Havan employs more than 22 thousand collaborators and sells about 350 thousand items in its stores.

With the opening of new units by 2026, the goal is to reach approximately 25 thousand employees, which represents the creation of thousands of direct job positions across the country.

In financial terms, the company’s projection is to close 2025 with revenue exceeding R$ 18 billion and reach R$ 20 billion in 2026, keeping investments concentrated exclusively in the Brazilian market.

By strengthening logistical structures and expanding the store network, the retailer aims to ensure scale to sustain this revenue jump in the coming years.

In your opinion, does Havan make the right move by accelerating new megastores across the country or should it proceed with more caution during this expansion phase?

O véio da Havan disse que se o Lula ganhasse a eleição ela ia embora do Brasil. Porque não foi ainda?
