Honda has confirmed the relaunch of some of its most iconic motorcycles, combining classic visual identity with technological updates. The announcement was made by the manufacturer in March 2025, highlighting models such as CB750 Hornet, Falcon 400, and GB350S, which now feature more efficient engines, new features, and greater comfort for riders. According to Honda itself, the strategy aims to attract both old fans and a new generation of two-wheel enthusiasts.
CB750 Hornet: The Return of an Icon
After nearly a decade of absence, the CB750 Hornet returns to the Brazilian market with a renewed design and more technology. Known for its power and agility, the Hornet was a success between 2004 and 2014. The new version retains its sporty spirit, but now comes equipped with a 755cc twin-cylinder engine, generating 92 hp and 7.64 kgfm of torque, according to data released by Honda Europe.
The model also features Showa inverted suspension, dual-disc ABS brakes at the front, and a 5-inch TFT digital display with Bluetooth connectivity, as reported by Motociclismo Online magazine.

Honda Falcon 400: Tradition and Modernity
The Honda Falcon 400, originally launched in 1999, was one of the most beloved trail bikes in Brazil. The model returns updated with a 397cc single-cylinder engine, delivering 30 hp and 3.8 kgfm of torque, according to an analysis from Motor1 Brasil. The motorcycle maintains its robust design but now offers ABS brakes and new electronic injection, making it more economical and less polluting.
GB350S: Retro Look with Modern Technology
Another new addition to Honda’s portfolio is the GB350S, which combines retro style with current technology. Equipped with a 348cc single-cylinder engine, the motorcycle delivers 21 hp and 29 Nm of torque, according to an evaluation from Revista Duas Rodas. The GB350S also already meets Euro5 standards, simplifying its approval for the Brazilian market.
Global Trend: The Return of Classics
The relaunch of these motorcycles follows a growing trend in the market, where manufacturers are reviving iconic models with modern updates. According to consulting firm McKinsey & Company, the demand for retro-style motorcycles has increased by 45% in the last five years, driven by consumers’ desire for vehicles that combine nostalgic design with cutting-edge technology.
Other brands, such as Yamaha and Royal Enfield, have also invested in the relaunch of classic models, such as the Ténéré 700 and the Interceptor 650, expanding competition in this segment.
