To compete for the administrative analyst positions, a higher education degree in any field of study is required.

For the environmental analyst position, a higher education degree in specific areas related to the environment, such as biology, environmental engineering, geology, among others, is required.

Additionally, candidates must meet general requirements, such as being a natural-born or naturalized Brazilian, being up to date with electoral obligations, and, in the case of men, serving military obligations.

Stages of the Selection Process

The selection process will consist of objective and essay exams, both of which are eliminatory and classificatory.

The objective exams will assess basic and specific knowledge, while the essay exam will consist of writing a dissertation on a topic related to the position’s attributions.

Candidates who pass these stages will also undergo a title evaluation, which is classificatory.

Remuneration and Benefits

Successful candidates in the competition will have an initial salary of up to R$ 9,994.60, along with benefits such as food allowance, transportation allowance, and health plan.

The weekly working hours are 40 hours, with the possibility of working in various areas within Ibama, according to the needs of the agency and the employee’s training.
