The contests total 40 positions at Ibama and 20 at Incra, distributed among the roles of Technical Analyst of Intellectual Complexity and Technical Analyst of Managerial Complexity, all requiring higher education and a weekly workload of 40 hours.
At the Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources, the 40 positions are exclusively for the role of Technical Analyst of Intellectual Complexity, covering different areas of expertise as provided in the announcement.

At the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform, 20 positions are offered, divided between the roles of Technical Analyst of Intellectual Complexity and Technical Analyst of Managerial Complexity, expanding the scope of technical and administrative functions.
Registrations must be made exclusively through the website of the ACCESS Institute, the organizing body of the contest, until 11:59 PM on January 8, 2026, following the deadlines and rules defined in the announcement.
The registration fee is set at R$ 60 for the positions of Technical Analyst of Intellectual Complexity and R$ 70 for Technical Analyst of Managerial Complexity, valid for both agencies.
Candidates may request a fee waiver between this Monday and Tuesday (16), with the preliminary result to be published on December 26 and a two-business-day period for appeals.
The starting salaries range from R$ 7,283.05 to R$ 9,861.23, depending on the position held, including benefits such as food assistance, pre-school assistance, and transportation assistance, provided for all approved candidates.
Affirmative Actions and Reserve Registration
The announcement specifies specific positions for PPP, PcD, indigenous, and quilombola candidates, in addition to forming a reserve list, allowing future calls as per administrative needs.
Among the required prerequisites are a minimum age of 18, Brazilian or Portuguese nationality with legal support, compliance with electoral and military obligations, as well as proven physical and mental fitness through medical examinations.
The candidate may not illegally accumulate public positions, may not have been involuntarily retired, nor have suffered penalties incompatible with the exercise of public function.
A dignified conduct is also required, proven by criminal certificates from Federal and State Courts from the last five years, in addition to a formal declaration of awareness and acceptance of the requirements at the time of registration.
The announcement further stipulates that the candidate must comply with all established rules, submitting the supporting documentation at the time of hiring, a prerequisite for taking office in the public position.
