IFPS Offers More Than Five Thousand Places in Free Technical and High School Courses

The Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP) offers 5,443 places for free technical level courses across 36 campuses throughout the São Paulo territory for the first semester of 2021. The selection of candidates for these spots will be done through academic record analysis, and enrollment will open in February.

As in previous editions, the selection of candidates for filling the places in the IFSP’s free courses will be done through academic record analysis. Candidates must provide grades or scores for the subjects of Portuguese Language and Mathematics obtained in Elementary School.

To enroll, the candidate must click this link https://srt.ifsp.edu.br/ and fill out all requested data. Those interested in the IFSP places can participate in the courses in three different ways: integrated (high school and technical education at IFSP), concurrent (high school at another institution), or after completing regular education.

Campuses Where the Free Courses of IFSP Will Be Offered

The places for the IFSP’s free courses are distributed across 36 campuses: Araraquara, Avaré, Barretos, Birigui, Boituva, Bragança Paulista, Campinas, Campos do Jordão, Capivari, Caraguatatuba, Catanduva, Cubatão, Guarulhos, Hortolândia, Ilha Solteira, Itapetininga, Itaquaquecetuba, Jacareí, Jundiaí, Matão, Piracicaba, Pirituba, Presidente Epitácio, Registro, Salto, São Carlos, São João da Boa Vista, São José dos Campos, São Miguel Paulista, São Paulo, São Roque, Sertãozinho, Sorocaba, Suzano, Tupã, and Votuporanga.

Available Modalities

Three different modalities are offered for the free courses at IFSP:

1) Integrated Technical Course with High School: the candidate must have completed elementary school. They will attend high school and technical education at IFSP;
2) Concurrent Technical Course with High School: the candidate must be enrolled in high school at another educational institution. They will only attend technical education at IFSP;
3) Subsequent Technical Course after High School: the candidate must have completed high school. They will only attend technical education at IFSP.
