The National Department of the National Service for Industrial Education – Senai, announced that it will hold an event focused on employability. According to Senai, the 5th Talent Fair Hire Me will take place in the first week of May, online and free of charge.

Senai’s Talent Fair Will Have Job and Internship Opportunities, as Well as Lectures and Direct Contact with Several Companies in the Country
Senai informed that the Talent Fair will take place from May 3 to 5, with technical support from Senai Cetiqt. In the program of the Talent Fair released by Senai, there will be 15 lectures, the availability of job and internship opportunities, as well as workshops.

According to psychologist, educator, and analyst responsible for Senai Cetiqt, Luize Marçal, people who access the Talent Fair platform will be able to consume all the programming content, as well as learn about Senai courses, visit booths, and watch the lectures.
Marçal emphasized that at the Senai Booth there are courses for various levels of education and that people will also have access to the official websites of the partner companies that will offer job and internship opportunities at the Senai Talent Fair, in addition to being able to contact the specialists and recruiters from these companies via direct messages.
Job and Internship Opportunities for All of Brazil: See How the Distribution of These Opportunities Will Work at Senai’s Talent Fair
According to Luize Marçal, it is expected that at least 8,000 job opportunities will be offered over the 3 days of the fair. The job and internship opportunities will be available for all of Brazil and for different educational levels, from elementary to higher education.
The psychologist and educator also emphasized that participants who engage most with the content available on the Talent Fair platform may be rewarded with various prizes, such as the possibility of taking a course at Senai in the city where the winner resides. The job and internship opportunities will follow the evaluation criteria set by each partner company present at the event.
Marçal also mentioned that the Talent Fair Hire Me platform uses AI (artificial intelligence) and, as participants respond to the questionnaire, it is as if they are filling out a resume.
The psychologist also stated that at a certain point, participants will have to speak a little about themselves. Then, AI will identify which professionals are best suited to fill the job vacancies available by the partner companies.

The Hire Me Talent Fair Already Has a High Number of Registrants
According to Luize, as of last Tuesday (25), the Hire Me initiative already had 200,000 registrants, of which at least 2,800 are identified as people with disabilities.
The psychologist also highlighted that when interested individuals register on the Hire Me platform, it is mandatory to answer some questions related to their education and socio-emotional aspects.
For now, the online auditorium platform of Senai in the Metaverse does not have a defined access address, so Senai is directing participants to the official page of the Talent Fair. There, participants will find all the information they need before, during, and after the fair.
