Infotec Will Be Responsible for the Services of Storage Operations, Material Transfer and Management of Purchase Orders for Transpetro
Infotec Brasil informed in a relevant fact this afternoon (12/09) that it has secured another contract with the Brazilian oil company Petrobras, where Infotec will be responsible for the services of storage operations, material transfer, and management of purchase orders for Transpetro. The service also includes risk management and operational safety of the activity.

With a qualified and competent team, the company will operate in yet another warehouse operation contract, performing logistical operations of storage and material movement, providing equipment and human resources.
In this contract with Petrobras, Infotec will operate in various parts of the country, in all geographical regions from Santa Catarina to Manaus, counting on more than 30 collaborators in this project.

This agreement has the delivery modality through SLA, the deliveries are made according to the agreed and delivered service levels. Additionally, payment is made based on the efficiency and quality of the deliveries.
Main Activities to Be Executed with Transpetro, a Subsidiary of Petrobras
Execution of Storage Operations and Activities
• Organization, maintenance, and management of storage spaces;
• Support in controlling the structural integrity of the warehouses;
• Physical and accounting management of stock and materials in the warehouses;
• Physical verification of the quality and integrity of the materials;
• Preparation and process of shipping and receiving materials;
• Periodic inventories;
• Supervisory services;
Support for Material Logistics Management
• Support in the management of operations, storage processes, and material transfer;
• Accounting receipt of imported and domestic materials;
• Accounting and transfer management of materials;
• Control of materials;
Support for Risk Management and Operational Safety
• Support in complying with legislation, standards, procedures, and applicable requirements for storage and material transfer;
• Support in the disposal of generated waste;
• Support in managing audits and internal inspections;
• Support in identifying and addressing non-conformance;
• Support in safety dialogues, risk assessment, and safety in planning necessary operational services.
Support for Managing Administrative and Contractual Demands
• Management of contracting processes and action plans;
• Support in contract supervision, including those for transportation and cargo handling;
• Monitoring of projects, strategic actions, operational and financial performance;
• Issuance of Purchase Requisitions;
• Document and deadline management.
Management of Purchase Orders for Materials and Associated Services
• Verification of the quality and consistency of purchase orders;
• Support for managing purchase orders for materials and services;
• Support in closing or canceling purchase orders;
• Contact with suppliers to ensure and monitor the delivery of ordered materials.
Monitoring of Purchases for Inventory
• Ensure that requested materials arrive at the warehouse with the necessary documentation and release;
• Monitoring of inventory purchases through Infotec Brasil’s electronic tool;
• Provide support with interface areas in monitoring purchases for inventory;
Application of Fines
• Conduct the process of applying sanctions and fines, with all relevant actions;
• Receive and verify fine requests, issue reports, and provide support to interface areas.
Issuance of Reports
• The issuance of reports services, including order status, indicators, and acquisition processes, considering the presentation of graphs, calculations, or performance indices related to acquisition processes;
This is yet another contract in which Infotec Brasil demonstrates the ability to provide services in the BPO (business process outsourcing) modality in the field of Supply Chain Management, with deliveries directly related to quality and delivery time, promoting efficiency and more competitive costs, in regulatory compliance.
