About the Position
The professional will work in the People Logistics Department, ensuring support in mobility, planning, and verification of documents for onshore and offshore employees.
Main Responsibilities:
Monitor team demands and ensure deliveries are on schedule;
Be technically accountable for managing and delivering contracted services;
Ensure the correct flow of information and documents;
Manage schedules, changes, and cancellations for accommodation, ground transportation, and air tickets (domestic and international);
Control boarding and disembarking lists for employees, create transport requisitions, and monitor processes in systems such as STAR or SAP;
Assist expatriate and Brazilian employees with logistics inquiries;
Support the onboard team with operational adjustments and emergencies;
Monitor and ensure the execution of crew change flights, preventing delays;
Provide periodic reports on document management and R7 requests.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Tourism, or related fields.
Necessary Knowledge:
Proficiency in SAP, DRAKE, STAR, SALES FORCE, and PRESTSERV.
Intermediate English (reading and conversation).
Required Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in team management, people logistics, activity planning, and document control.
Experience with logistical arrangements, including hotel reservations, purchasing air tickets, and employee transportation.
Knowledge of crew change and operational logistics planning.
