about the vacancy
The professional will work in the Human Resources Logistics Department, ensuring support in mobility, planning and verification of documents of onshore and offshore employees.
Main responsibilities:
Monitor team demands and ensure deliveries within established deadlines;
Technically respond for the management and results of the contracted services;
Ensure the correct flow of information and documents;
Manage appointments, changes and cancellations accommodation, ground transportation and air tickets (domestic and international);
Control boarding and unboarding lists of employees, create transportation requests and monitor processes in systems such as STAR or SAP;
Assist expatriate and Brazilian employees, assisting with queries about logistics;
Support to the on-board team in operational adjustments and emergencies;
Monitor and ensure the execution of shift change flights, preventing delays;
Provide periodic reports on document management and R7 requests.
Requirements and qualifications
🎓 Formation:
Degree in Administration, Logistics, Tourism or related areas.
💻 Necessary knowledge:
Systems Mastery SAP, DRAKE, STAR, SALES FORCE and PRESTSERV.
English intermediary (reading and conversation).
📌 Required experience:
At least 2 years of experience com team management, people logistics, activity planning and document control.
Experience with logistical arrangements, including hotel reservations, airline ticket purchases and employee transportation.
Knowledge about shift change and operational logistics planning.

Selection process steps
The selection process of Infotech Brazil is structured in five steps. The first step consists of REGISTRATION, where candidates must register on the company portal. Then, the English Assessment, a proficiency test to assess reading and speaking skills in the language. The third stage is the HR Interview, which aims to analyze the behavioral profile and adherence to the company culture. After this phase, candidates go through the Technical Interview, where their specific skills and knowledge are assessed. Finally, those approved receive the hiring proposal and are officially integrated into the team Infotec Brazil.
