RD Saúde, the group of Raia and Drogasil pharmacy chains, has opened 2,000 job vacancies for immediate start. The opportunities are for various roles, such as pharmacy attendant, pharmacist, operational assistant (position exclusive for people with disabilities), customer service assistant, and logistics restocking assistant.

The selection process at RD Saúde is an excellent opportunity for those looking to enter the job market. Previous experience is not required, as the company offers complete training. According to Daniel Moraes, Director of People and Culture at RD Saúde, “We do not hire managers; we build our managers within the company. Those hired today as pharmacy attendants will receive training and support to continue improving. In three years, this professional could reach a managerial position.”

The pharmacy group is expanding, with over 3,000 Raia and Drogasil pharmacies spread across Brazil and 57,000 employees. The forecast is to open between 280 to 300 new branches in 2024. In addition to career opportunities, benefits include medical and dental assistance, transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, life insurance, gym assistance, and profit-sharing.

Pharmacy Attendant: Over 18 years old and completed high school.
Pharmacist: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and active registration with the Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF).
Operational Assistant (exclusive for PWD): Over 18 years old and completed elementary school.
Customer Service Assistant: 80 openings at the headquarters in São Paulo, completed high school.
Logistics Restocking Assistant: 300 openings at the Distribution Center in Guarulhos, over 18 years old and completed high school.
