Ligga, a renowned telecommunications company from Paraná, is expanding its horizons with the launch of Ligga Energy. This new line of services, presented as an energy efficiency solution, will offer Energy as a Service (EaaS) for B2B and B2C clients starting this month. The initiative was announced during FutureCom, an event that takes place at Expo São Paulo.
The company aims to provide complementary solutions to broadband, offering more benefits and value to its customers. Currently, 60% of Ligga’s energy consumption comes from clean and renewable sources, with plans to increase this percentage to 80% by December 2024. With the new offering, Ligga intends to make clean energy more accessible, providing significant discounts for users.
Ligga’s service promises a simplified, fully digital enrollment process, with no sign-up or cancellation fees. This can result in savings of up to 20% on electricity bills for businesses and households. Energy is supplied by renewable energy cooperatives and redistributed in the form of credits, providing savings on the electricity bill.
