Banco do Nordeste, one of the main financial institutions in the region, opened a public competition to fill 710 positions of Bank Analyst, with 532 for general competition, 36 for people with disabilities, and 142 for black people. The position only requires a complete high school education and has an initial salary of R$ 3,788.16, in addition to various benefits, such as meal allowance, childcare assistance, life insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth.
What Does a Bank Analyst Do at Banco do Nordeste?
Bank Analysts are responsible for supporting the Bank’s projects and processes, such as data entry, operating applications, preparing reports and spreadsheets, and assisting clients.
The work regime is 6 hours a day, totaling 30 hours a week.

How to Register for the Banco do Nordeste Competition?
Applications for the competition are open until March 9, 2024, on the Cesgranrio Foundation website, the organizer of the event.
The registration fee is R$ 65.00, but there is an exemption possibility for those registered in the Unified Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico) or for those who are bone marrow donors.
At the time of registration, the candidate must choose the city where they want to take the exam, which will be held on April 28, 2024.
What Is on the Banco do Nordeste Exam?
The competition will consist of a single stage, which is an objective multiple-choice test, with 60 questions, being 20 on Basic Knowledge and 40 on Specific Knowledge.
The Basic Knowledge test will have questions on Portuguese Language and Mathematics/Logical and Quantitative Reasoning, worth 20 points in total.
The Specific Knowledge test will include questions on Banking Knowledge, worth 80 points in total.
To be approved, the candidate must obtain at least 50% of the total score, 50% of the Basic Knowledge test, 50% of the Specific Knowledge test, and not score zero in any subject.
Results and Validity of the Event
The exam answer keys will be published on April 29, 2024, on the Cesgranrio website.
The final result of the competition is expected to be published on May 28, 2024, in the Official Gazette of the Union and on the Cesgranrio website.
Candidates who registered as black will have to prove the authenticity of their self-declaration on June 18 and 19, 2024, also through Cesgranrio.
The competition will be valid for two years, with the possibility of extension for another two years, at the discretion of Banco do Northeast.
