The PPSA (Pré-Sal) 2025 Contest reopened registrations until May 14 for 100 immediate vacancies in higher education positions. With salaries ranging from R$ 8.2 thousand to R$ 19.6 thousand, the process is organized by Idcap. Check the updated schedule and details of the stages!

Registrations for the PPSA (Pré-Sal) 2025 Contest can be made on Idcap’s website until May 14. The fee ranges from R$ 100 to R$ 150, depending on the position. Payments must be made by May 15.

Job Openings and Requirements of the PPSA (Pré-Sal) Contest

There are 100 immediate job openings + reserve list for:

Lawyer (4 openings): Higher Education in Law. Salary: R$ 15,942.00.
Corporate Management Analyst (36 openings): Various fields. Salary: R$ 8,240.00.
Oil and Gas Specialist (52 openings): Engineering and technical areas. Salary: R$ 19,610.00.
IT Analyst (8 openings): Information Security, Infrastructure. Salary: R$ 9,350.00.

Quotas: 5% of vacancies for PWDs and 20% for self-declared black individuals.

Stages and Content of the Exams

The PPSA (Pré-Sal) 2025 Contest will have:

Objective Test (29/06): 60 questions (Portuguese, English, and Specific Knowledge). Minimum score: 50% of the total and 30% per subject.
Discursive Test (29/06): Only for Lawyer and Oil Specialist. Two questions (Portuguese and English). Minimum score: 50%.

Scoring:

Specific: 40 questions (80 points).
Portuguese and English: 10 questions each (10 points each).

Benefits and Responsibilities of PPSA

In addition to the salaries, the PPSA (Pré-Sal) 2025 Contest offers:

Meal allowance: R$ 737.72.
Medical/Dental assistance: R$ 946.12.
Periodic exams: R$ 65.41.

Company Responsibilities:

Manage oil production sharing contracts.
Monitor costs and exploration projects in the pre-salt region.
Represent the Union in marketing agreements.

How to Prepare for the PPSA (Pré-Sal) Contest
