The National Institute of Social Security (INSS) plans to fill 1,000 vacancies in its public contest for the social security position, with an initial salary of up to R$ 5,9 thousand. Applications can be made starting this Friday (16), until October 3, at a cost of R$ 85. The opportunities with great salaries require a complete high school education or an equivalent course, with 20% of the vacancies reserved for black individuals and 5% for people with disabilities (PWD).

INSS Public Contest Offers Salaries Of Nearly 6 Thousand Per Month

The exam will be administered by the Brazilian Center for Research in Evaluation and Selection and Promotion of Events (Cebraspe). Applications for the INSS contest began at 10 AM this Friday (16), will end at 6 PM on October 3, and can only be submitted online through the Cebraspe website.

The registration fee can be paid until the 21st of the next month. The work schedule for the social security technician position is 40 hours per week, and the initial salaries can reach up to R$ 5,905.79, composed of a basic salary of R$ 712.61, performance bonus of up to R$ 3,595, executive activity bonus of R$ 1,140.18, and a monthly meal allowance of R$ 458.00.

1,000 Vacancies Available For The INSS Public Contest

According to information from Cebraspe, the number of vacancies in the INSS contest is much lower than the 7,575 requested by the entity to the Ministry of Economy, with 6,004 for social security technicians and 1,571 for social security analysts. It is worth remembering that the last public contest of the Institute was held in 2015.

The selection process will consist of two eliminatory and classificatory stages. The first stage will have 2 objective tests, one for basic knowledge with 50 questions and another for specific knowledge with 70 questions.

The second phase will be a training course. The objective tests of the public contest will last 3 hours and 30 minutes and are expected to take place on November 27.

Locations For The INSS Training Course

The training course has a workload of up to 180 in-person hours, full-time, with activities that may take place in the evening or morning shifts.

The course will take place in the following municipalities:

Brasília (DF);
Manaus (AM);
Rio de Janeiro (RJ);
Florianópolis (SC);
João Pessoa (PB);
São Paulo (SP);
Fortaleza (CE);
Belo Horizonte (MG);
Belém (PA).
