The PROA Institute has opened 35,000 spots in free online courses, aimed at young people aged 17 to 22 who have completed or are completing high school in public schools.

The spots are distributed among the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Goiás, Federal District, Mato Grosso do Sul, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná, Bahia, Pernambuco, and Pará.
According to the Institute, this initiative aims to prepare young people for the job market with high-quality courses and recognized certificates.
Enrollment Open Until July 31
Interested individuals have until July 31 to enroll. According to the PROA Institute, the selection process includes a test in Portuguese language, mathematics, and profile analysis.
Classes start on September 2, and all content is offered online, allowing students to study from anywhere with internet access.

The spots are distributed as follows:
- São Paulo: 15,000 spots
- Rio de Janeiro: 8,000 spots
- Minas Gerais: 4,000 spots
- Rio Grande do Sul: 2,000 spots
- Paraná: 1,000 spots

- Mato Grosso do Sul: 1,000 spots
- Pernambuco: 1,000 spots
- Bahia: 1,000 spots
- Goiás: 750 spots

Course Structure
The course has a total duration of 100 hours and is divided into four main modules: Self-Knowledge, Professional Project, Logical Reasoning, and Communication.
According to the Institute, students also participate in live remote meetings with tutors once a week.

In addition to the basic modules, students can opt for a fifth specific technical module, with 50 hours of preparation sponsored by major companies. The available areas include:

- Excel and Power BI (Microsoft)
- Retail (Fundação Casas Bahia)
- UX Design (Accenture)
- Brand Promotion (BRF)
- Financial Education (Bloomberg + Dahlia Capital)

Certification and Access to Job Opportunities
