Update of the compact SUV bets on partial electrification, renovated interior, and price repositioning to maintain competitiveness in the Brazilian market, combining technology, connectivity, and versions with distinct proposals within the same line.
The Jeep Renegade 2027 has arrived in the Brazilian market with extensive changes to the interior, visual tweaks on the outside, and the debut of the Stellantis 48-volt mild hybrid system in the SUV lineup.
The range now consists of Altitude, Longitude, Sahara, and Willys, all featuring a new internal environment, a 10.1-inch multimedia center, and a 7-inch digital instrument panel, while the electrified setup is limited to the Longitude and Sahara versions.
In practice, the renewal of the lineup reorganizes the positioning of the model in Jeep’s portfolio.

Most drivers make a big mistake on the road without knowing: there is an exact speed that makes the engine work with minimal effort and saves much more fuel, and it is neither 80 km/h nor 100 km/h as many imagine.
The brand positioned the Altitude version as the entry point and offered an initial batch of 3,000 units for R$ 129,990, a promotional price that later increases to R$ 141,990.
Above it, the Longitude starts at R$ 158,690, the Sahara costs R$ 175,990, and the Willys 4×4 is priced at R$ 189,490, maintaining a proposal more focused on off-road use.
Renovated interior and more embedded technology

The main transformation is in the cabin.
The Renegade has gained a redesigned dashboard, elevated center console, new gear shift knob, air vents for the rear seat, and an induction charger with cooling, in addition to revised finishes according to the version.
Jeep has also started offering dual-zone digital air conditioning, push-button start, and a fully digital instrument panel as standard items across the range.
The change aims to update the model in light of newer and technologically advanced competitors.
The differences between the versions mainly appear in the finishes and additional equipment.
The Sahara and Willys feature power seats for the driver, while each configuration receives its own visual identity inside.
The Willys preserves the adventurous appeal with 4×4 traction, being the only one with this feature in the lineup.
Meanwhile, Longitude and Sahara take on the role of showcases for the new electrified phase of the utility vehicle.
Mild hybrid system and 1.3 turboflex engine
Although the entire family uses the 1.3 turboflex T270 engine with 176 hp, the 48V mild hybrid system is not present in all versions.
The MHEV technology appears only in the Longitude and Sahara versions, focusing on energy efficiency.
According to the manufacturer, the system improves throttle response, reduces urban consumption by about 7%, and decreases CO₂ emissions by approximately 8%.

Jeep also reports consumption of up to 11.9 km/l in the city and 11.8 km/l on the highway with gasoline in these electrified versions.
The strategy keeps the Altitude version without electrification to ensure a more competitive price.
At the same time, the Willys remains without the hybrid system due to its off-road-oriented proposal.
Updated external design without visual disruption
On the outside, the model received visual adjustments that reinforce modernity without abandoning its identity.
The update includes new wheels and specific changes to the external finish, maintaining the characteristic lines of the Renegade.
The proposal is to evolve the look without breaking with the recognized style of the SUV originally launched in 2015.
Additionally, the model maintains a robust safety package from the entry-level versions.
The SUV comes from the factory with six airbags, autonomous emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, and fatigue detector.

This set reinforces competitiveness against rivals that have advanced in technology and connectivity.
Price, warranty, and market strategy
Jeep has maintained the five-year warranty, accompanied by 24-hour assistance throughout the national territory.
Maintenance should be performed every 12,000 kilometers or once a year, according to the manual.
The brand also highlights that mild hybrid versions may have tax advantages in some states and potential circulation benefits, depending on local legislation.
The launch occurs at a time of strong competition in the compact SUV segment.
Stellantis is preparing to produce new models in Brazil, which may directly impact the positioning of the Renegade in the coming years.
In this context, the Renegade 2027 bets on more technology, a renovated interior, and diversification of versions to maintain relevance in the national market.
