John Deere Introduces the M4030 Sprayer with ExactApply™ System, Booms of Up to 36 Meters and a 3,000 Liter Tank. Discover the Solutions That Ensure Greater Coverage, Efficiency, and Economy in the Field.

The John Deere M4030 hits the market with a robust and innovative proposal for the agriculture sector. Equipped with the intelligent tip control system ExactApply™, the sprayer delivers more efficiency and precision in the application of pesticides.

The 30 Hz pulse width modulation technology allows for more homogeneous coverage, even at varying speeds or uneven terrains.

The system operates with a tower of six nozzles and different operating modes, optimizing pesticide deposition across the boom’s entire range. This means more control over application, less waste, and greater yield per hectare.

Versatility of Operation at Any Stage of the Crop

The adaptability is another differentiator of the M4030. With three boom options — 27.4 and 30.5 meters in steel and 36.6 meters in carbon fiber — the sprayer offers flexibility for different types of crops and terrains.

The 3,000-liter solution tank and the adjustable ground clearance provide autonomy and versatility at any stage of the harvest.

The suspension with independent linkages and pneumatic springs on all four wheels, combined with all-wheel drive with variable displacement motors, ensures stability and performance even on the most challenging terrains.

Precise Application and Savings with Individual Nozzle Control

One of the technological highlights is the individual nozzle control. This feature allows each nozzle to operate independently, reducing overlaps and avoiding waste.

On curves, for example, the system automatically adjusts the spray rate, increasing efficiency on the outer part and decreasing it on the inner part.

The AutoSelect A/B mode alternates between two nozzles to maintain constant pressure, while the 15 Hz PWM mode regulates droplet size to ensure ideal coverage at different speeds and application rates.

High Productivity with Integrated Technology

The M4030 comes with the CommandCenter™ 4600 Generation 4 monitor, featuring a 26.4 cm touchscreen.

It centralizes the operation control, including boom height adjustment with the BoomTrac™ Pro 2 system, as well as real-time performance visualization of the equipment.

With automatic section control, John Deere’s sprayer adjusts the application precisely, avoiding excesses or failures.

This integrated technology improves coverage and reduces input usage, resulting in greater savings and productivity.

Robust Performance and High-Durability Mechanics

The 245 hp diesel engine with six cylinders, equipped with an emissions system compliant with PROCONVE MAR-I in Brazil, ensures power and reliability.

The hydrostatic transmission with electro-hydraulic gears allows speeds of up to 50 km/h during transport and 30 km/h during spraying operations, maintaining efficiency even over large areas.

The tank structure in yellow polyethylene, with a rinsing capacity of 568 liters and a 26-liter chemical eductor, facilitates product handling and speeds up the refueling process.

Proven Efficiency in Coverage Per Hectare

The ExactApply™ allows coverage of up to 5.8 hectares more per hour, based on an increase in operational speed of 4.7 km/h.

This performance reduces input costs and preserves the productive potential of the crop, offering more return to the producer.

The suction, pressure, and boom filters, with different mesh sizes, ensure system cleanliness and protect internal components.

And with adjustable nozzle spacing of 38.1 or 50.8 cm, adapting to different crops becomes simpler and more efficient.
