Learn About Johnson & Johnson

Johnson & Johnson Brazil started its operations in 1933, in the Mooca neighborhood of São Paulo. At that time, the company primarily focused on supplying the national market with hospital and household products, such as cotton, adhesive tape, gauze, surgical dressings, among others.

Over time, the company gained a uniquely Brazilian DNA that was reflected in recognizing the market demands, bringing innovation, investing in infrastructure, and betting on the country’s particularities.

As a result of this trajectory, it expanded its facilities and concentrated its efforts on providing better solutions for the country’s public. Today, it is a company with 5,000 employees, four regional sales offices, three distribution centers, 910,000 m2 of industrial park, and 11 factories located in São José dos Campos (SP), the largest industrial complex of Johnson & Johnson in the world.
