Candidates must have at most two years of experience in their respective fields of study and availability to work in person in São Paulo, São José dos Campos, and Guarulhos; the opportunities are for the Tech, Commercial, Marketing, Research & Development, and Supply Chain areas.
The program lasts for two years, during which trainees will participate in rotations, projects, training, and development of technical and behavioral skills aimed at developing their leadership. Activities will begin in February 2022, and applications for the program will also be accepted until October 8.
