People Who Dream of a Public Position Can Celebrate, Since the Federal Justice Announced a Great Opportunity by Revealing the Opening of the Competition for the Regional Federal Court of the 3rd Region (TRF3).
According to the Federal Justice, the competition will have both vacancies and opportunities for a reserve list in the agency’s sectional offices in Mato Grosso do Sul and São Paulo.
In total, there will be 269 vacancies for the positions of judicial technician and judicial analyst. Both require that the interested party has completed higher education.
The difference is that the former requires a degree in any field, while the latter is for those who graduated in Law.

The Vacancies for the TRF3
According to the Federal Justice, the vacancies for judicial technician are for immediate hiring. In contrast, the opportunities for the judicial analyst position are for a reserve list.
The Salary of the Approved
According to the document published in the Official Gazette, those approved for the position of judicial technician will have an initial salary of R$ 8,529.65. On the other hand, the initial salary for judicial analysts is R$ 13,994.78.
The Committee Responsible
The committee responsible for the competition will be the Carlos Chagas Foundation (FCC), which has already opened registrations for the competition.
Registration will be open until May 28, requiring a fee of R$ 130.00 for the analyst position and R$ 80.00 for the technician position.
When and Where the Exams Will Be Held
According to the notice, the exams will take place on July 28, and candidates will be able to choose among the following cities:
- Campo Grande, MS;
- Dourados, MS;
- Araçatuba, SP;
- Bauru, SP;
- Ribeirão Preto, SP;
- São Paulo, SP.

The Exam
According to the notice, the exams will consist of 60 multiple-choice questions, including 20 from General Knowledge (weight 1) and 40 Specific Knowledge (weight 2), worth from zero to ten points. In these tests, there will be questions covering the following topics:
- Portuguese Language (10);
- Mathematics and Logical Reasoning (five);
- Concepts about the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (five);
- And Specific Knowledge (40).
