A Complete Overview of the Largest Malls in Brazil, Highlighting Huge Areas, Hundreds of Stores, Multiple Leisure Options, and Structures That Attract Thousands of Visitors Every Day

The largest malls in Brazil form a group of shopping centers that stand out for their size, daily visitor flow, and variety of services.

These complexes bring together leisure, entertainment, and hundreds of stores, occupying prominent positions in Latin America.

Below are listed some of the main enterprises, classified by gross leasable area, according to data from the Brazilian Shopping Centers Association.

Shopping Aricanduva

Located in the East Zone of São Paulo, Shopping Aricanduva is the largest in the country and in Latin America. With a gross leasable area of 263,271 square meters, it houses more than 500 stores and three food courts.

The complex also features a hypermarket, 13 cinemas, and nearly 15,000 parking spaces, reinforcing its relevance among the largest malls in Brazil.

Shopping Interlagos

In the South Zone of São Paulo, Shopping Interlagos has a gross leasable area of 145,000 square meters and more than 300 stores.

After revitalization, it offers 10 cinemas and an expanded leisure area. With 4,800 parking spaces, it serves residents from various regions around the enterprise.

Parque Dom Pedro Shopping

Parque Dom Pedro Shopping, located in Campinas, has 126,500 square meters of gross leasable area.

Almost 400 stores make up the complex, which also houses a cinema with 15 screens and a parking lot with 8,000 spaces. The structure ensures a diverse experience for visitors.

Novo Shopping Center

In Ribeirão Preto, Novo Shopping Center has 126,489 square meters of gross leasable area. There are more than 290 stores, as well as a large food court and cinema.

The free parking, with 4,000 spaces, complements the range of services.

NorteShopping

In Rio de Janeiro, NorteShopping is the largest shopping center in the North Zone. Its gross leasable area reaches 106,315 square meters, with 300 stores, 10 cinemas, and 3,500 parking spaces.

The Life Style Center, with 30,000 square meters of outdoor space, reinforces the position of the enterprise among the largest malls in Brazil.
