Rules and Responsibilities of the Buyer
The announcement states that a vehicle deemed eligible to circulate can return to public roads, as the buyer assumes the responsibility of registering it with the traffic authority and paying all necessary fees.
Furthermore, the document emphasizes that the auction is not responsible for parts or mechanical conditions. Thus, those who bid declare that they are aware of the condition of the purchased item, without the possibility of subsequent claims.
The collection of lots — including cars, motorcycles, trucks, and cargo trucks — must occur between November 14 and December 12. For that, it is mandatory to make a prior appointment.
