The Online And Free Raízen Tech Experience Course Is A Partnership With Gama Academy, Which Aims To Train And Select Up To 45 Candidates For Job Positions For Junior Developers
Raízen, a market leader in sugar and ethanol production, launched the Raízen Tech Experience program to accelerate careers for developers. The online and free course will be in partnership with Gama Academy, and subsequently, up to 45 job positions will be offered for developers.
To participate in the online course, it is necessary to have basic knowledge in technology architecture, SRE monitoring, networking, and security. As it is an online course, there are no geographic limits.
Selection For Raízen Tech Experience
In the application process, candidates will fill out their profiles, assess cultural fit with Raízen’s training, and take a technical exam to evaluate their knowledge of programming languages.

Work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1-hour break at Sicredi as a Customer Service Assistant and receive a salary + benefits such as life insurance, dental plan, partnerships, Gympass, and much more in job openings across various states.
After completing all the stages of “Application and Profile Validation,” Gama Academy will select the applicants to participate in the training. Responses will be sent via email by August 19 to all applicants.
Approved candidates will receive training from August 23 to October 4, 2022. The online course will include individual and group dynamics, as well as mentoring and practical solutions to proposed challenges.
During the online course, topics such as cloud computing, infrastructure as code (IaC), agile methodology, database management systems (MySQL), APM (Application Performance Monitoring) software, and related subjects will be covered.
After the training, a certificate of completion will be awarded to candidates who achieve satisfactory performance in the online course and have at least 75% attendance in classes. Subsequently, candidates will be selected for an interview with Raízen to fill one of the job positions for developers.
According to the magazine Exame, the available job positions for developers are part of the ethanol producer’s strategy to increasingly incorporate technology into its operational processes. According to José Massad, the company’s IT and Digital director, the Raízen Tech Experience program is the chance for professionals eager to grow to make a difference and secure a job in a company that encourages experimentation and collaboration.
