The 2023 Trainee Program will include a complete immersion for professionals across various sectors of the company. The duration of this learning is 18 months, after which participants transition to a leadership role.

In this sense, there are two main pathways for interested candidates to enter the trainee positions within the company that works with niobium: the commercial sector, with a diverse background, and young engineers, with an educational background in engineering. However, these professionals perform different functions that contribute to the development of the world leader in niobium.

How to Apply for the Trainee Positions at CBMM?

Applications for the trainee selection process at CBMM will be conducted entirely online, through the 99jobs website here. However, be aware that applications will be open only until December 22, 2022.

After accessing the website, you will need to create a registration with your basic information and then fill out the application form. However, some reasoning and logic tests, as well as an English test, may be requested during an initial stage. Candidates who progress through these initial phases will undergo group dynamics and a round of interviews, leading up to the hiring process.
