Microsoft, a multinational considered one of the largest software companies, has job openings available for those interested in working both in Home Office and in-person in the capital of São Paulo, Germany, and other countries. The institution is offering opportunities for junior, mid-level, and senior positions. One of the requirements to apply for one of the positions is to be fluent in English and already graduated or to be in an ongoing degree program. 

To apply for Home Office job openings at the multinational Microsoft, professionals need to access the LinkedIn portal and submit their updated resume to the institution. Although most of the opportunities offered by the institution are focused on those working in the information technology field, such as programmer, developer, database administrator (DBA), and others, it is also possible to find opportunities offered by the brand focusing on ‘marketing’ and administration.

Cloud Advocate

  • Previous experience as a Developer Advocate, Developer Evangelist, Program Manager, or Software Engineer that included involvement with the community or public speaking. Relevant consulting/project-based/volunteer work may also be considered.
  • A passion for helping connect people and communities to Microsoft technologies, including open source, with a special emphasis on engaging next-generation developers who are actively learning; this may include entry-level or intermediate software engineers, data scientists, domain analysts/experts, makers, technologists, entrepreneurs, IT professionals, or other roles.
  • Proven experience contributing to third-party online developer communities (StackOverflow, GitHub, Reddit, Quora, open-source projects and documents, etc.) and social media platforms (Twitter or other local geographic equivalents).
  • A self-starter who can manage and prioritize initiatives that will make our developers and platform the most successful. Understanding of professional developers looking to enhance their skills and why/how they make choices about the technologies they use. You have a “pulse” on the tech industry. You can separate the signal from the noise.

Technical Support Engineering – Synapse (Azure Rapid Response at Microsoft)

This position offers a hybrid working system for the capital of the state of São Paulo. Among the requirements set by the institution for those interested in applying are:

  • Provide feedback to senior engineers or the maintenance team on product functionality based on customer commitments. Provide feedback to the product group for product improvement. Leverage general product knowledge to determine if and when features require enhancements.
  • Engage with the engineering team to investigate product bugs, provide business impact, and collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders and senior team members on fixes.
  • Contribute and/or develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools to improve effectiveness among groups.
  • Translate feedback and create processes and workflows for case resolution.

Interconnection Specialist at the Multinational

  • BS or BA degree (or 4 years of relevant work experience instead of a degree)
  • More than 6 years of experience in network technologies
  • Strategic negotiations and/or business development securing high-tech service from providers in data center and Internet technologies
  • Strong experience with contractual/MSA negotiations and CDN negotiations
  • Hands-on knowledge of optical networking fundamentals: fiber optics and DWDM technologies.
  • Solid understanding and experience with workflow management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of existing submarine system topologies (Asia-Middle East to Europe, etc.), cable landing points, and Top Interconnection installations regionally
