- BS or BA degree (or 4 years of relevant work experience instead of a degree)
- More than 6 years of experience in network technologies
- Strategic negotiations and/or business development securing high-tech service from providers in data center and Internet technologies
- Strong experience with contractual/MSA negotiations and CDN negotiations
