LWSA Launched Its Trainee Program 2026 with 10 Vacancies in Strategic Areas, Hybrid Work Model, and Salaries That Can Reach R$ 8 Thousand, in One of the Most Competitive Processes in the Country.

LWSA, one of the largest ecosystems of digital solutions for companies in Brazil, announced the opening of registrations for the Trainee Program 2026, which offers 10 vacancies in strategic areas with salaries of up to R$ 8 thousand. The selection process has national reach and seeks young professionals with up to two years of graduation in courses such as Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Data Analysis, and Information Systems.

With a duration of 18 months, the program is structured to train future leaders and specialists in innovation and technology, combining practical learning, mentoring, and real business challenges. The work model will be hybrid, allowing trainees to work in different regions of the country, with direct supervision from company managers and executives.

Candidate Profile and Selection Steps

The selection process is aimed at recent graduates, with up to two years since graduation and an innovative profile.

The selection will be 100% online and will include behavioral and logic tests, group dynamics, and individual interviews with company leaders.
