In 2021, Vale’s Recent Graduate Programs present a new format: now, candidates without experience can choose vacancies from two options to start a successful career and expand their knowledge in one of the largest mining companies in the world. Vale is undergoing a cultural transformation within the company. The company aims to increasingly enhance talents in various ways. To attract these talents, in 2021, the mining company has a new Recent Graduates Program.

To work at one of the dream companies for trainees (according to Grupo Cia de Talentos), you can choose between the Global Trainee Program and the Specialist Trainee Program for Engineering and Geology. Recent Graduates Program Mining Company Vale 2021

There are two trainee hiring programs at Vale: the Global Trainee Program and the Specialist Trainee Program in Engineering and Geology.

Vale’s objective is to attract recent graduate talents who wish to occupy leadership positions and are aligned with the company’s cultural transformation process, which focuses on diversity.

Candidates for the global trainee vacancies can have a degree in any higher education course and must have completed their degree between July 2018 and December 2020. For both programs, cases of graduation delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic will be considered.

There are about 30 vacancies for global trainees and more than 100 vacancies for specialist trainees distributed across various cities in the country where Vale operates. The entire selection process will be online, and trainees will start working in May 2021.

Remember! Candidates for the vacancies do not need prior experience and can have graduated from any higher education institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. There is also no age restriction. Applications must be made by September 30 directly on the company’s website
