Ambev 2020 Internship Program
Requirements
No experience is required, and no English is needed! The only requirements to participate in the Ambev 2020 internship program are to be enrolled in a higher education course and to have graduation scheduled between July 2021 and December 2022.
Our process will be 100% online and will include 4 stages.
“It is important to emphasize that we believe in continuous development, so English is not mandatory and will not be present at any stage of the selection process. In addition, we want you to learn a lot during this process, which is why our testing stage is full of information about Ambev, with videos that tell a lot about our history and culture.” said Ambev in a statement.
Each of the tracks represents different areas of the company and different content. In the Business track, interns will get close to and work in the commercial areas. In Tech, applicants will dive into the company’s innovation projects. The Supply track encompasses the areas most closely related to beer.
The selection process will follow a calendar and stages of testing and new proposals for evaluating applicants. The program will be structured in the following stages:
- Registration: from August to September 2020;
- Online Game: from August to September 2020;
- Online Video: from September to October 2020;
- Online Day Challenge: from October to November 2020;
- Hiring: January 2021.
