The Brazilian Navy announced 800 positions for candidates with a complete high school education interested in entering the military career. The selection process is aimed at the four units of the School of Apprentice Mariners (EAM), located in the states of Ceará, Espírito Santo, Santa Catarina, and Pernambuco, offering opportunities for those seeking training and stability in their careers. The announcement with all the information was published in the Official Gazette of the Union on the 6th, bringing details about the requirements, stages of the process, and benefits offered to future approved candidates.

Who Can Compete for the Brazilian Navy High School Positions?
To compete in the selection process of the Brazilian Navy, candidates must prove completion of high school, as well as be between 18 and 22 years old.

Interested candidates for the high school positions in the Navy must also prove a minimum height of 1.54 m and a maximum of 2.00 m, and must not be married or in a stable union, remaining so throughout the period they are subject to the regulations of the School of Apprentice Mariners.

While a student in the training course, the scholarship amount is R$ 1,303.90. After the course, the salary can reach R$ 2,294.50.
Stages of the Selection Process of the Brazilian Navy
Enrollment for the high school positions in the Navy begins on January 29 and remains open until February 12, 2025, on the Navy’s website. The registration fee is R$ 50. Candidates registered in the selection process of the Brazilian Navy will go through stages such as:
- Objective Test;
- Complementary Heteroidentification Procedure to Self-Declaration (only for candidates who self-declared as black);
- Physical Aptitude Test (TAF);
- Verification of Biographical Data (VDB);
- Health Inspection (IS);
- Psychological Evaluation (AP);
- Document Verification (VD).
The exam for the positions in the Brazilian Navy is scheduled for April 6 and will be held in the cities of Rio de Janeiro, Angra dos Reis, Nova Friburgo, São Pedro da Aldeia, Vila Velha, Belo Horizonte, Salvador, Olinda, Natal, Fortaleza, Belém, São Luís, Rio Grande, Porto Alegre, Florianópolis, Brasília, Ladário, São Paulo, Santos, and Manaus. The questions of the objective test of the selection process of the Brazilian Navy will consist of the following subjects:
- 15 questions of Science (Physics and Chemistry);
- 15 questions of Mathematics;
- 5 questions of English;
- 15 questions of Portuguese.

Verifique se realmente é isso que querem para a vida de vcs. Irão passar 5 anos ganhando 2mil e pouco e depois mais 6 anos ganhando 3 mil para atingirem um salário razoável ser com 11 anos de carreira. Tirando muitos serviços à noite e muitas vezes indo embora para outros estados para praticamente sobreviverem.
EAM hoje não vale a pena ! Estarão jogando o que vcs tem de mais valioso no lixo “tempo” . Um concurso de nível federal, onde farão serviços técnicos , ir embora de casa pra ganhar 2300?
Fazem ESsA Ear ou alguma força auxiliar de sua cidade ! Vai te poupar 11 anos da sua vida.
Renan, o trabalhador simplório trabalha anos ganhando menos de um salário mínimo, porque os aspirantes da marinha não podem ir de encontro a uma nova luta.
Concordo contigo se dentro desses 11 anos vc não estudar mais. Eu sou da EAMSC e com 4 anos passei pra PMSC. Hj sou Sargento da PM e estou bem financeiramente. Saibam utilizar trampolins. Se eu não tivesse saído da minha cidade. Hoje não estaria como estou. Toda oportunidade tem q ser aproveitada.
Pena que a gente vive no meio de pessoas ignorantes fãs de presidentes. Uma presidentes não tem que ter fãs tem que ter eleitores que votam e depois tenham atitudes de cobrar pelo que eles prometeram
Outra o decreto saiu para ser assinado no mandato do presidente atual, então poderia ser Lula ou qualquer outro presidente a assinar o bendito decreto.
O povo ao invés de ir a favor do povo estão indo a favor de presidentes que pena.
E melhor um mar de gente ir atrás de trios elétricos no carnaval no sol quente, do que o povo se juntar e exigir melhores resultados para o povo e para os nossos filhos que ainda vão crescer.
