The Navy is running a new selection process for the Musical Sergeant Formation Course of the Marine Corps (C-FSG-MU-CFN) for the year 2026. In total, there are 32 vacancies in the Brazilian Navy that must be filled by candidates who meet the requirements.

Interested candidates must have completed high school and be up to 25 years old, with a minimum height of 1.54m and a maximum of 2.00m. Candidates must also be a natural-born Brazilian, have turned 18 years old, and be under 25 years of age on June 30, 2026. The vacancies in this competition of the Brazilian Navy are distributed as follows:

Brazilian Navy Competition for Soldier Training

The Navy is also holding a selection process for the Marine Soldier Training Course (CP-C-FSD-FN) for groups I and II/2026. This year, 1,680 vacancies in the Brazilian Navy will be offered to candidates of both genders.

Those who wish to become a Marine through the Brazilian Navy competition must be aged between 18 and less than 22 years old on June 30, 2026. Furthermore, it is also necessary for the candidate to have completed high school or be in the process of completing it, with a minimum height of 1.54m and a maximum of 2.00m, and must not be married or have children.

Applications for Vacancies in the Brazilian Navy

Applications for the Musical Sergeant Formation Course of the Marine Corps must be made through the Navy’s website, by accessing the link for CFN courses or through the Adsumus Sempre app.

Applications will be accepted from 8 a.m. on April 3 until 11:59 p.m. on May 16, 2025. To validate the application, it is necessary to pay the participation fee of R$ 95.00.

For the Marine Soldier Formation Course, applications opened on January 21 and will remain open until March 7, through the Navy’s website, with an application fee of R$ 40.
