McDonald’s Franchise Network Is Offering Hundreds of Job Vacancies for Professionals in Minas Gerais. The Opportunities Are Effective, For PWD and For the Company’s Young Apprentice Program.

Arcos Dorados, the largest McDonald’s franchise in Latin America and the Caribbean, is offering 280 job vacancies for the state of Minas Gerais, representing a great opportunity for those who dream of working in a globally recognized company without the need for previous experience. According to Fábio Sant’Anna, the Director of People, Inclusion, and Diversity at Arcos Dorados in Brazil, the company has a workforce of over 50,000 people and the theme of Inclusion and Diversity is one of the foundations of the company’s operational strategy; therefore, in addition to effective job vacancies, the company also offers opportunities for PWD and Young Apprentices.

Of the total vacancies offered, 180 are for the municipality of Belo Horizonte, where 20 are exclusively designated for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and another 20 for the company’s Young Apprentice program. The other opportunities in the McDonald’s franchise in Minas Gerais are for the following municipalities: Pouso Alegre, Uberlândia, Montes Claros, Varginha, Ipatinga, Governador Valadares, Patos de Minas, Divinópolis, among others.

According to the Director of People, Inclusion, and Diversity at Arcos Dorados, those hired for job vacancies, young apprentices, or PWD will have various opportunities through the career plan developed by the McDonald’s franchise itself, which even includes support for professional development and education. 

Candidates who are hired will receive free training; therefore, the company does not require previous experience or a higher education level. However, those interested must be available to work during the night and morning shifts.

The company considers it a plus for applicants to possess characteristics such as dynamism, teamwork, and ease of communication. The only requirement for the positions is that candidates must be over 18 years of age, except for those seeking the Young Apprentice position.
