With capacity for 7 passengers, lots of onboard technology, and performance that does not disappoint, this SUV might be exactly what you are looking for. Let’s explore what makes the Outlander 2.2 Turbodiesel HPE such an interesting choice, especially when it comes to engine and consumption.

In the world of SUVs, the Hilux SW4 usually reigns almost without competition when it comes to diesel. However, the Mitsubishi Outlander 2.2 Turbodiesel HPE emerges as a robust alternative full of qualities that many people still do not know about. Equipped with a 2.2 turbodiesel engine, this seven-seater SUV offers a rare combination of power, efficiency, and an impressive list of technological features that please any family.

The six-speed automatic transmission, with torque converter, provides a smooth driving experience, but with the necessary firmness to maintain total vehicle control.

Consumption

But what really impresses in the Mitsubishi Outlander 2.2 Turbodiesel HPE is its consumption. In times when fuel prices are a constant concern, knowing that an SUV of this size can achieve around 9 km/l in the city and up to 14 km/l on the highway is a real relief. This balance between performance and economy is made possible by Mitsubishi’s advanced engineering, which optimizes every detail of the engine to ensure maximum efficiency.

Technology? It Has That Too

When it comes to technology, the Outlander 2.2 Turbodiesel HPE does not fall short. The model features lane assistance, collision warning, hill assist, rain and twilight sensors, and even an on-demand all-wheel drive system, which automatically adjusts the power distribution between the wheels according to the terrain. The SUV comes equipped with a sunroof, LED headlights, rearview camera, and a multimedia center that, although it does not support Android Auto or Apple CarPlay, offers enough functionalities for daily use.

Interior Space for Family and Pets

The interior space is another strong point of the Mitsubishi Outlander 2.2 Turbodiesel HPE. With 7 seats, it comfortably accommodates both adult passengers and children. The rear seats are foldable, allowing for a versatile configuration to carry loads or increase passenger space. The trunk has a capacity of up to 495 liters, ensuring you have plenty of room for luggage, even with all seats occupied.

Mechanics and Maintenance

The suspension of the Outlander 2.2 Turbodiesel HPE has been designed to provide a comfortable ride, even on rough terrain. Although the front of the car is slightly low, requiring extra care on ramps and fork roads, the suspension system ensures the car remains stable and safe in practically any situation.

In terms of maintenance, the Outlander 2.2 Turbodiesel HPE is quite affordable. The oil change, for example, costs around R$ 450, while the shock absorbers, despite being of high quality, cost around R$ 900 for the set. Items such as spark plugs and coils also follow this cost-benefit line, being relatively inexpensive for a vehicle of this size.

And the Price of the Mitsubishi Outlander 2.2 Turbodiesel HPE 2016?

Now, let’s talk about price. The Mitsubishi Outlander 2.2 Turbodiesel HPE 2016 can be found for around R$ 120,000, but it is possible to find offers below the FIPE table, especially in times when the diesel vehicle market is low. It is an excellent opportunity for those looking for a complete SUV with good economy.

And what about insurance? For an average driver profile, comprehensive insurance can be around R$ 7,500 annually. Sounds expensive? Maybe, but considering the added value of the vehicle and the benefits it offers, the investment is justified, especially in cases of theft or total loss.

Pode até ser um excelente carro, mas não é 4×4. É um carro baixo com tração automática nas 4 rodas. Nada a ver com a SW4 que tem um sistema 4×4 real com três diferenciais.
