At just four years old, Thomas Cargnelutti Galina, from Toledo, Paraná, joined Mensa, an international association that brings together gifted individuals. The Brazilian boy impressed evaluators by proving an IQ of 150, becoming a rare case in the country and attracting attention for his early intellectual performance.

Even with the recognition, Thomas continues to be a typical child: playful, curious, and full of energy.

“We do not create any expectations for Thomas, we just hope he uses this divine gift for good,” says Jocelaine Cargnelutti, the boy’s mother.
