Responsibilities and Duties – Develop and implement systems; document and implement necessary information for the business; create technical documents and establish standards and processes; train and provide technical support to users; manage the data developed by this system; additional activities in the area.

Requirements and Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Internet Systems, or other related areas; knowledge of VBA (Excel, Access), SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL is a plus; intermediate English and availability to reside in the interior of Bahia are desired.

Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:

Responsibilities and Duties – Lead maintenance activities focusing on team safety and environmental care; lead and guide preventive and corrective maintenance work in the plant areas; monitor maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTF, DF, costs, backlog, ARP); evaluate predictive analysis results with inspection; participate in weekly scheduling meetings; maintain “Housekeeping” in all maintenance areas; among other activities.

Requirements and Qualifications – Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering will be a differential; knowledge of Office suite and MS Project; proven experience in team management as a maintenance supervisor; knowledge of maintenance for crushers, screens, conveyors, mills, cyclones, flotation cells, thickeners, filters, and water slurry pumps.

Industrial Mechanic – Vulcanizer:

Responsibilities and Duties – Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective mechanical maintenance services following pre-established programs, work orders, and intervention needs on industrial area equipment; accurately record all work order history, indicating real time spent, materials, tools, auxiliary resources, to guarantee correct information for planning improvement; execute maintenance on machines, equipment, and installations, hydraulic and pneumatic components, repairing or replacing parts, making adjustments, calibrations, welding, and lubrication; perform activities related to vulcanization; read and interpret mechanical drawings, standards, work instructions, and hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams; assist in the assembly and disassembly of subassemblies and help assemble and disassemble parts and equipment, such as: crushers, screens, mills, rotor/coating of pumps, cyclones, and others.

Requirements and Qualifications – Complete High School; professional courses in the area are desired. Experience in the function is mandatory.
