More Information About the Position
To compete for the Standard Driver position at MOBI-Rio, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Incomplete elementary education.
- Driver’s License: CNH in category “D”.
- Course: Passenger transport course.
- Experience: Experience as a driver of standard vehicles, large vehicles, or in public passenger transport.
In addition to educational and experience requirements, candidates must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 (including booster doses, as per the vaccination schedule).
The starting salary for the Standard Driver position is R$ 3,226.56. In addition to the salary, employees will receive additional benefits, including:
- Food allowance of R$ 600.00.
- Life insurance.
- Road ID badge.
The work schedule will consist of 210 hours per month, as established by the MOBI-Rio work regime.
Selection Stages of MOBI-Rio
The selection of candidates will consist of two main stages:
- Curriculum Analysis: The curriculum analysis will be based on the following criteria:
- Experience compatible with the role (one year): up to 10 points.
- In case of a tie in points, the following criteria will be considered:
- Higher score in relevant experience.
- Older age.
- Practical Driving Test: Candidates will also undergo a practical driving test, which will assess their skills and knowledge in operating the vehicle.
Validity of the Selection Process
The selection process will be valid for 12 months from the date of approval.
This period may be extended for another 12 months if there is a need to fill new positions or maintain the reserve list.
