The HyperFighter Colossus from Canadian Damon Motors Combines Technology and Style to Create the Electric Motorcycle of Your Dreams. Check It Out!
HyperFighter Colossus, the model from Canadian Damon Motors, has arrived to destroy the stereotype of electric motorcycles as “weak”. With a sporty and aggressive look reminiscent of race bikes and action movies, this motorcycle is not just about appearance: it’s pure technology. It is also quite powerful, with an electric motor and innovations you never thought possible.
Motorcycles like this are an excellent example of how prejudice against electric motorcycles can be completely unfounded and needs to cease to exist.
What Do We Know About This Electric Motorcycle?
This electric motorcycle stands out for its bold and sporty design, and it can be customized at the time of purchase to better fit your style.

Additionally, it features unique technology. According to Damon Motors, this motorcycle has a 100% electric multivariate powertrain built in a groundbreaking monocoque, making the bike even more interesting and special.
Moreover, the motorcycle has a motor that goes from 0 to 100 in 3 seconds, 200 horsepower, a top speed of 274 km/h, and a range of 235 km.
When it comes to the battery, the HyperFighter Colossus has a 200 MWh battery, with two types of charging: 15 hours from a 110-volt outlet – meaning you can charge your motorcycle from a regular outlet at home – or with an integrated fast-charging system that provides 80% battery in just 45 minutes.
Another interesting detail is that this motorcycle will have, like more modern cars, a computerized safety system for the rider. Named Copilot, it is a system of cameras and radar to monitor traffic around the vehicle.
Basically, when the computer detects any type of danger to the rider, it issues a warning on the motorcycle’s dashboard, as well as haptic alerts on the handles. Another advantage is that this motorcycle will also have a cloud system that begins to understand the rider’s driving style to know when to send alerts.

How Much Will the HyperFighter Colossus Cost?
This will be an expensive motorcycle. Damon Motors is producing only 100 units in this first batch, with no forecast for a second, at a total price of US$35,000, approximately R$190,000 in a direct conversion.
In addition to the Colossus, Damon is also expanding the line with the HyperFighter Unlimited 20, which will have the same specifications but much cheaper: US$25,000, or around R$137,000. And the HyperFighter Unlimited 15, which will have 150 horsepower and a top speed of 193 km/h. This will be priced at approximately US$19,000, or around R$104,000.
These are high prices, but a bit more in line with traditional motorcycles. For example, the 2021 Suzuki Katana, which is a model already mass-produced and with its design merely refined, costs around €13,695, which is approximately R$84,000.
This means that the prices of electric motorcycles and traditional motorcycles are getting closer, to the point where the difference will be so small and the benefits so greater that it simply won’t make sense to buy traditional motorcycles anymore.
When Will We Have Really Cheap Electric Motorcycles?
This is a valid question, although we have already demonstrated that the prices of these electric motorcycles are not so far above, for example, a luxury motorcycle. The fact is that the microchip crisis and other issues, such as currency depreciation, have made new cars and motorcycles increasingly expensive.
Furthermore, it is just a matter of time until the technology becomes mainstream and electric motorcycles become more affordable, safer, and full of differentiators.
