In partnership with the National Service for Industrial Apprenticeship (SENAI), the program offers 60 spots, distributed between the courses of Industrial Machinery Maintenance Mechanics and Heavy Road Equipment Maintenance Mechanics, with 30 spots each. Applications are open until June 3rd and can be submitted on the MRN Opportunities Portal.
The Young Apprentice Program is aimed at young people aged between 18 and 22 years, who have completed high school and can provide proof through a certificate and academic transcript. In addition to residents of the district of Porto Trombetas, the children of MRN employees or those of contracted companies operating in the region can also participate in the selection process.
The program’s structure includes theoretical classes taught by SENAI and practical activities in MRN’s operational areas, ensuring a complete and integrated training. Activities will start soon, with a workload of four hours a day, from Monday to Friday. The minimum duration of the program is one year, expected to begin in June 2024, following the schedule established by the institution.
