Who Can Really Compete for One of the 600 Slots Offered?
The program serves students in situations of social vulnerability who are already enrolled. To participate, it is mandatory to meet all the criteria below:
- Individual income of up to 1.5 minimum wage for those living alone
- Family income of up to 3 minimum wages
- Active enrollment in a higher education course authorized by MEC, in-person or remote
- Or enrollment in a technical course with a minimum duration of 18 months or 800 hours
- Residence in Mato Grosso do Sul for more than 2 years
- No higher education diploma
- No more than four course failures
- Registered in the Federal Government’s Cadastro Único
- Have a bank account with Pix key linked to the own CPF
Verification occurs by submitting documents in PDF format, including proof of income, residence, school transcripts, and identification.
What Does the Program Offer Besides the R$ 1,621 Monthly Paid via Pix Directly into the Student’s Account?
The main benefit is the transfer of R$ 1,621 per month directly to the student’s account. The payment occurs via Pix, necessarily with the beneficiary’s own CPF key.
In addition to financial assistance, the program guarantees stability during the grant period, provided the student maintains the required criteria.
This means direct support for transportation, food, academic materials, and course attendance.
Which Courses Are Included in the Selection and Increase Your Chances?
The initiative encompasses two main areas of training:
- Higher education courses recognized by MEC, in-person or EAD
- Technical courses at the secondary level with a minimum load of 800 hours or lasting 18 months or more
Therefore, both those in university and those who have opted for technical qualification can participate.
Does the Benefit Create a Formal Link or Specific Certificate?
The program is not a course, but rather a financial educational assistance. Thus, the student remains regularly enrolled in the chosen educational institution.
The diploma or certificate will be issued by the institution at the end of the course. The state government exclusively grants the monthly scholarship, as long as the rules are adhered to.
How to Register Within the Official Deadline?
