The company has started its Corporate Expansion Plan in the Northeast with the opening of a regional office in Recife and, as per its commercial planning, embraced the challenge in 2020 of managing more operations and a new regional office, this time in Carmópolis, a region of production assets that houses the largest onshore oil field in Brazil.

With the prospect of its new plant going into operation next month, the company focused on the UO-SEAL (Petrobras) oil industry estimates to open another 150 job openings for its new headquarters in Northeast, in the municipality of Carmópolis, 50 kilometers from Aracaju.

A total of about 300 job opportunities will be generated for professionals in the region, residents of the state of Sergipe should stay tuned as there are prospects for growth in operations in the region, and new openings may arise throughout the year.

The new regional office of Epman in the Northeast is located on José Sampaio square, in downtown Carmópolis, Sergipe, and will support the already hired teams that will start activities in August.

According to Elton Senne, the company’s Executive Director of Operations, “this office represents another step forward in the Company’s national expansion plan, which began in the Northeast in 2018 in light of the industrial opportunities in the region.”

In the Northeast, Epman currently employs 1,500 employees, including permanent and temporary staff, and 10% of this workforce is being trained and activated in the state of Sergipe.

Epman did not provide details on the amount invested to set up the office in the Northeast, but according to the company, the data will be disclosed in the Corporate Balance Sheet 2020.
